When Kreskin gets six different burger places, his automatic question is, “Do they have something unique?” and “What have they done with their burger or dish versus someone else’s?” He recommends having a unique dish that someone else doesn’t have and owners should have something that separates them from everyone else’s. He also believes that customer service should be a standard across all the globe and the best places in the US that offer this is the South or the Midwest.
