Role Overview:
As a Kitchen Manager, you are the embodiment of our commitment to culinary excellence and outstanding service. Your primary mission is to ensure that our guests always receive the highest level of hospitality. You are responsible for the seamless operation of all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities. This includes maintaining our high standards in every aspect of the kitchen operations (Expo, Smokehouse, Prep, Line) and dining room management (ToGo, Host, Bar, Service). Your role is crucial in upholding our quality standards, training and coaching staff, and ensuring profitable operations.
