This is how it works
1. Get to know each other
Our executive recruiters will schedule a call with you to learn about your search, your business, and hiring needs/process.
2. Review our Process
Discuss our process with introducing candidates, communication, and timelines.
3. The Search Begins
We will tap all of our resources to find the right candidate for you. During our search we will identify 20 candidates that fit the mold. This is when we start the pre-screening process.
4. Remote Interviewing
Once we pre-screen candidates, we will hold extensive interviews via Zoom with each potential candidate and check references.
5. Candidate Introductions
After selecting candidates, we will educate them about your business, set them up for success, and present them to you.
6. Scheduling Interviews
We will work with both schedules to set up an interview with you and your potential new hire.
7. Assist with THE Hiring Process
We pride ourselves with facilitating a smooth process with constant communication with both parties.
8. LEAVE
